The luxury three-bedroom apartment (of 231 m2 interior) is situated on the ground floor, and unfolds facing the beautiful crystal blue waters of the Caribbean Sea, bordering a Golf Course and just a short distance from the marina. The apartment has 3 en-suite bedrooms all with sea views, a separate guest toilet, fully equipped kitchen, separate A/C in each room and sleeps up to 8 people. Daily maid service included.
Large covered terrace of 121 m2 with jacuzzi and shower. East facing, so never too warm and always a nice sea breeze. Ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Direct access to the gardens, swimming pool and private beach.
For beach lovers there are two other beaches, one at 5 minutes drive, where you can find the Juanillo beach and restaurant on a 5 km of white sand and palm trees beach. At 10 minutes drive you will find the Caleton private Beach Club with restaurant, beach and swimming pool (there is a small access fee). Both can be easily reached with a golf cart (can be rented at the Marina). The Marina is partly operational; it has restaurants and shops. Golf lovers will enjoy Punta Espada golf course. At 10 minutes drive there is a big supermarket and nice little restaurants. The International Airport of Punta Cana is only 10 minutes drive from the apartment. Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway, or bringing the whole family, playing golf or just relax on the beach, the apartment has everything you need to enjoy. You will come back!

The beach gradient is gradual for a long distance and canoes can be rent. At 10 minutes drive by golf cart you will find Private Beach Club Caleton wich is a small, but beautiful and luxury beach. Here the beach gradient is as well gradual for a long distance.
