The property is a beach front property. A fine sandy beach, gradual for a short distance is less than a 1 minute walk from the property. Moorage can be find in the Marina at 10 minutes drive by golf cart. At 5 minutes drive by golf cart, you can find Playa Juanillo with 5 km of white sand and palm trees. The beach gradient is gradual for a long distance and canoes can be rent. At 10 minutes drive by golf cart you will find Private Beach Club Caleton wich is a small, but beautiful and luxury beach. Here the beach gradient is as well gradual for a long distance.
